    The Tunisian Association for American Cultural Studies (TAACS) and the International American Studies Association (IASA) proudly announce an upcoming webinar on Multimodal Critical Discourse Analysis.

    We are honored to host Prof. Emilio Amideo, PhD, Associate Professor of English Language, Linguistics, and Translation at the University of Naples “Parthenope,” Italy. Prof. Amideo is a distinguished scholar whose research expertise spans Black Diaspora Studies, Gender & Queer Theory, and Multimodal Critical Discourse Analysis.
    His impactful work was recently recognized with the prestigious Emory Elliott Award in May 2025, awarded for an outstanding paper presented at an IASA World Congress.
